July 17, 2014: Geje Eustaquio of the Philippines and Adriano Moraes of Brazil will battle for the inaugural One FC flyweight world championship at One FC: Rise of the Kingdom in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, on September 12.

Eustaquio, 25, earned a shot at the flyweight world title by defeating Japan’s Kentaro Watanabe in last month’s Era of Champions in Jakarta. Quick and agile, the Filipino flyweight is proficient in most facets of mixed martial arts and trains with Team Lakay in the high altitude of Baguio City.

Moraes, also 25, is one of the world’s most dangerous flyweights and his high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and quick strikes have been instrumental in his 11 wins. Moraes earned the right to compete for the flyweight belt with his three-round technical submission of Kosuke Suzuki in Jakarta, winning by arm-triangle choke.

Tickets for One FC: Rise of the Kingdom will go on sale from July 26.

The action will be broadcast live on STAR Sports or via live streaming at www.onefc.livesport.tv for US$9.99.
